Original vintage Polish optometric eye chart used for testing visual acuity (Tablica do badania ostrości wzroku), produced in Poland by Bernard Leśniak in Nowa Ruda. The chart features clear black numerals in decreasing sizes, along with printed scales for distance (in meters) and visual sharpness (ostrość wzroku).
Likely produced in the 1970s or 1980s, this chart was used in medical or school settings and is an authentic piece of Eastern Bloc design. It is printed on thick cardboard and has a black textile border and original string for wall hanging.
